This new build residential apartment block comprised of 12 high specification apartments spread over four floors. The central feature of the building is the glazed curtain walling and curved aluminium roof over the communal stairs which provides extensive natural light to all public areas. Each apartment benefits from a video entry system, traditional ‘wet system’ central heating, double glazing, and a luxury fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. For this contracted we received a letter of commendation from the Deputy Prime Ministers office for achieving affordable housing standards.
