Kempton Court

Kempton Court is a sheltered housing scheme run by Adactus Housing

The project at Kempton Court was split into two phase sections. Phase one comprised internal alterations, the refurbishment of two quiet rooms/lounges, a new communal kitchen and ancillary facilities, DDA works and complete refurbishment of 34 bathrooms in occupied flats. Phase two involved a large new two storey extension to provide 5 one bedroom flats, staff and guest overnight living accommodation, meeting room, bin store and hair dressing salon.

Both phases of the project were completed and handover achieved 4 weeks ahead of the deadline schedule.
