Lower Hillgate

Based in the centre of Stockport on Lower Hillgate, this project had minimal free operational space which made conditions difficult. The existing building was demolished and we constructed a four-storey development consisting of a 8,500 sq.ft basement area, ground floor retail unit and six residential units on the three upper floors.
