New build and refurbishment of Schools & Colleges

Manchester University - Roscoe Building

Having qualified as a Contractor on the Manchester University Framework, we were given in this project 6 weeks to produce the Countries first "state of the art audio visual teaching facility" which included ancillary breakout areas, situated on the 4th floor of the main University. The project included stripping out and remodelling the existing layout, structural works and asbestos removal.

All the work was finished within the tight deadline to an extremely high specification and standard of workmanship. Due to the good contracts progression and our high standard of work we were asked to extend the project to the 3rd floor to further provide additional teaching areas.
