Marion Lauder House

We were delighted to be chosen to complete the first and second phases of the Care Home extension commissioned by Care Concepts Ltd for Marion Lauder House in Wythenshawe. The first phase incorporated an additional 12 bedrooms with a Day centre, Residents Lounge, Management Offices and Kitchen facilities. This phase is now complete and the second phase is currently underway and includes a further 24 bedrooms and additional Lounge facilities.
