Salvation Army

Armitage Construction was delighted to be selected to carry out the construction of a new Worship and Community Centre for the Salvation Army in Southport. The design brief stipulated that the building should be welcoming, inviting and attractive to the passerby and there should be transparency to enable people to see the Salvation Army at Work. The building was officially opened on March 10th 2012 by an Act of Worship, followed by a Festival of Celebration and Praise.

The Armitage workforce has created a strong impression on our Church team with their attention to detail and ability to deal with day to day issues and obstacles that arise. The Company has high standards of workmanship which we now know are the aim of this Company. They have created positive relationships and we really shall be sorry to see them leave at the end of the project.
